The burgbad AG continually checks and updates the information on its websites. Despite our vigilance, some data may have changed in the meantime. We thus cannot assume liability or grant a guarantee for the topicality, accuracy and/or completeness of the information provided.

Furthermore, burgbad AG retains the right to alter or amend the information provided. As a content provider according to § 5, Sec. 1 of the Tele-Services Law of 22 July 1997 (TDG), the burgbad AG is responsible for its "own content", provided for use in accordance with general laws.

Links leading to content provided by other providers shall not be considered part of our "own content" as cited above. Burgbad AG shall only be responsible for third-party content if burgbad AG is aware of it (i.e. including of any illegal or criminal content) and if it is technically feasible and reasonable to prevent its use (§ 5, Sec. 2 TDG). However, "links" are always "living" (dynamic) connections. Burgbad AG has checked the third-party content upon initial set-up of the link to verify whether it would cause any responsibility subject to civil or criminal law.

However, according to the TDG, burgbad AG is not obligated to continually check the content resulting from the content link which might otherwise represent a degree of responsibility. Only if and when it is determined or made known by third parties that a concrete content offer for which a link is provided may result in responsibility subject to civil or criminal law shall the link to said content be removed, insofar as this is technically feasible and reasonable.
